1. Click "Complete Tasks" Button to fill up the task bar

2. Deliver the "Project" by pressing the "Deliver!" Button

3. Spend your Projects in the "Perks" menu

4. In the Home tab you can spend your "Free Time" getting better at your job. 

5. Free Time is earned by delivering projects!
